Beginning on September 8 of next year, France will host the World Cup for the second time.
According to a World Rugby announcement on Monday, the qualifying competition for the last spot at the 2019 Rugby World Cup for men will take place in France from November 6–18 at the Sevens Stadium in Dubai.
The victors of the round-robin match between Hong Kong, Kenya, the United States, and Portugal will join Wales, Australia, Fiji, and Georgia in Pool C of the World Cup.
From September 8 of next year, France will host the World Cup for the second time. The nation also served as the tournament’s host in 2007.
