AQUORA opens phase 2 after sell-out

by Team DTN

AQUORA has entered its next phase on Dubai Islands after Phase 1 sold out ahead of its unveiling. Casa Vista Development has released Phase 2, with more waterfront residences available and further Dubai projects planned.

DUBAI: Casa Vista Development says Phase 1 of AQUORA, its waterfront residential project on Dubai Islands, sold out before the development’s unveiling at Madinat Jumeirah on October 28, 2026. With Phase 2 now released, prospective buyers have another opportunity to consider homes in the project, while the developer prepares further launches in Dubai.

More than 800 guests attended the unveiling, where Casa Vista presented its plans for the waterfront address. The company says the early sell-out reflects interest in a residential concept that combines contemporary architecture with amenities designed for everyday living.

The timing is significant because Phase 1 sold out before the official celebration, rather than through sales generated during the event. The subsequent release of Phase 2 marks the project’s next commercial milestone as the developer looks to expand its presence in Dubai’s property market.

What can buyers expect from Phase 2?

The latest release keeps homes within the development available to prospective purchasers, although the company has not disclosed the number of units included in the new phase or their prices.

AQUORA occupies a 50,000-square-foot plot and has a planned built-up area of 242,000 square feet. The project comprises 105 residences and six waterfront retail spaces, with handover scheduled for the first quarter of 2028.

Its architectural concept, called “Form Follows Flow”, takes inspiration from the movement of water. The proposed design combines bright interiors, flowing architectural details and spaces intended to connect residents with their waterfront surroundings.

More than 20 lifestyle amenities are planned, including a 22-metre rooftop infinity pool, Technogym fitness centre, yoga studio, Zen Garden and pickleball court. A dedicated arrival experience is also part of the scheme.

Why is the developer expanding in Dubai?

Casa Vista Development Chairman Abdul Basit said the response to the unveiling had reinforced the company’s confidence in the project.

“Phase 1 had already sold out before the unveiling,” he said, adding that the subsequent Phase 2 release gives more buyers an opportunity to participate.

The company traces its founding family’s experience across construction, real estate, trading, commodities and logistics to 2012, with strategic property investments starting in 2015. It says this experience now informs its focus on quality-led residential development.

Beyond the current release, Casa Vista has indicated that more projects are being prepared. Details of their locations, timelines and pricing have not yet been announced.

Impact to expect

For Dubai Islands, the move adds another stage to an active waterfront residential offering. The reported first-phase sell-out may indicate early buyer interest, but does not establish demand across the wider market. For prospective purchasers, AQUORA’s next phase creates another option, with pricing, inventory and completion terms worth checking directly with the developer before making a decision.
