Ras Al Khaimah will host Barrel 23, a 38-hour techno music festival from November 13 to 15, featuring international DJs, desert camping and tickets starting at AED 318

RAS AL KHAIMAH: Electronic music fans can prepare for a 38-hour desert festival as Barrel 23 arrives in Ras Al Khaimah from November 13 to 15, 2026. The event will take place at Desert Inn Resort and Camp in the Muzira area. Organisers describe it as the first dedicated hard techno festival in the UAE and Middle East.

International DJs From 11 Countries

The festival will feature international artists representing 11 countries across Europe, South America and the Middle East.The lineup includes Axciid, Naomi Baldacchino, Cassandrah, Dostroic, Golpe, Kirüsh, Swart, Trudge and WNDRLST. Local performers Jahsus, Orangen Hai, Simon Fee and Souzark will also perform.

Music lovers can expect hard techno, raw techno, hard groove, hypnotic techno, acid and industrial sounds. Organisers will use a Funktion-One sound system to deliver an immersive outdoor music experience.

Desert Camping and Overnight Entertainment

Unlike conventional concerts, Barrel 23 will continue through the night, combining underground electronic music with a desert setting. Visitors can use designated camping facilities, while food and refreshments will be available at the venue. The festival offers an extended experience for electronic music enthusiasts looking to attend multiple performances.
