DECA Developments has launched Lorévia Collection, announcing plans for more than AED 3 billion in new residential developments. The luxury property portfolio will span ten destinations across the UAE and international markets, beginning with a waterfront residential project in Al Zorah, Ajman.
DUBAI: DECA Developments has unveiled Lorévia Collection, a new portfolio of premium residential properties, alongside plans to launch more than AED 3 billion worth of developments.
Announced at The Grand Unveiling in Dubai on November 5, 2026, the expansion will cover ten destinations across the UAE and selected international markets, marking a significant step in the developer’s growth strategy.
The company also revealed its first signature waterfront residential address in Al Zorah, Ajman, offering a glimpse into its ambitions for luxury living.
Where will DECA’s new luxury developments be located?
The collection will feature residential projects across Dubai, other UAE destinations and international locations, including two developments in Europe.
One European project will comprise a master-planned villa community surrounded by mountainous landscapes.
Each development will incorporate architecture, amenities and residential experiences designed around its location.
DECA says the strategy reflects growing demand for distinctive homes offering lifestyle benefits alongside long-term ownership value.
First waterfront residential project unveiled in Al Zorah
The first Lorévia Collection development will be located in Al Zorah, Ajman, a coastal destination known for its mangroves, waterways and natural surroundings.
The waterfront project will feature contemporary architecture, panoramic views and amenities focused on comfort, recreation and leisure.
Residents are also expected to benefit from access to nearby beaches, a marina, a championship golf course and other lifestyle attractions.
The announcement did not specify property prices, the number of residential units or completion timelines.
Why is DECA expanding its luxury property portfolio?
The expansion builds on three generations of family heritage and more than 50 years of combined real estate experience.
Emad Haq, Co-Founder of DECA Developments, said the company wants to offer homes that deliver more than conventional luxury.
“True luxury goes beyond the price of a home. It’s about how every element comes together to create an elevated living experience. And that’s exactly what we wanted to achieve with Lorévia Collection,” he said.
Saad Haq, Co-Founder, highlighted buyers’ increasing focus on destination quality, individual design and long-term value.
The launch event also recognised top-performing real estate partners through the DECA Top Partner Awards 2026, with two Mercedes-Benz vehicles presented to award recipients.
Impact to expect
DECA’s AED 3 billion development pipeline could introduce more premium residential choices across the UAE while strengthening competition in the luxury property sector. The Al Zorah project may also attract greater interest in Ajman’s waterfront housing market. However, investment potential will depend on pricing, delivery schedules and market conditions as individual projects are announced.
The Lorévia Collection launch additionally signals DECA’s ambition to expand beyond the UAE through carefully selected international destinations.
